Much of our work focuses on helping clients to enhance their capabilities and achieve real lasting results while addressing reactive behaviors and habits that get in the way.

Our focus is to build relationships and partnerships with organisations that will help us facilitate change and provide solutions to our clients. We are currently based in South Africa, but we are developing a plan to penetrate the African landscape in the next few years to come.

Our Team’s Experience

In order for us to deliver on some of our mandated projects and programmes:

1. We source consultants and coaches per project. We assign subject matter specialists, experts and practitioners to help organisations, governments and nations align their marketing initiatives to their goals. We make available the CV of a particular consultant based on a particular project we are contracted to work on.
2. The founder of Malis Corporation is one of our in-house coaches, a Business and Life Coach and she has a passion for career guidance, placement and growing small businesses. She’s a Coach and Mentor for career and business goals, and she guides, inspires and empowers professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve their full potential. Her focus is on personal development, career and business goals, and long-term success strategies. Much of her work focuses on helping clients to enhance their capabilities and achieve real lasting results while addressing reactive behaviors and habits that get in the way.
3. She brings over her 17 years of public sector experience to her work as a coach. Her interest in people led to the start of her career as an HR practitioner. She discovered coaching while working as a Change Manager in the public sector, where she was responsible for enabling the awareness and adoption of new technologies and processes within the department.
4. She is an MBA graduate, holds a Post Graduate degree in Humsan Resources, and is a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach. Her additional certifications include Management Consulting.

5. She is an affiliated Member of the Institute of Management Consultants and Coaches of South Africa (IMCSA). She’s also a registered member of COMENSA.
